山藥鮮蝦煎餅

食材
山藥300g
鮮蝦6隻
青蔥1根
雞蛋2顆
麵粉5大匙
調味料
紅蔥肉燥1大匙
醬油1大匙
白胡椒粉1/4小匙


作法
1 山藥去皮磨成泥; 鮮蝦去殼去腸泥切小塊; 青蔥切末

2 混合所有食材及[調味料]

3 靜置5分鐘待麵粉吸收水份...

4 取一平底鍋, 倒入比平常多一點的油, 舀入適量的麵糊, , 中火煎至兩面金黃, 內餡熟透。

5 取出後用廚房紙巾吸去表面多餘油脂

6 淋上山海醬、撒上胡椒鹽即完成料理
